A new fun fitness class for kids is now available at Club Mina. Playball is a concept where our highly qualified instructor Anneliese coaches a wide range of activities which improves children’s movement and motor skills.
The main objective of “Playball” is to enhance the children’s confidence and self esteem. They will get instructions, observe demonstrations and practice skills in a controlled, yet fun environment.
The value of this Playball class is that it contributes to the children’s readiness for school as it includes a range of activities which lay the foundation for reading, writing, and concentration skills. These development skills include spatial orientation, good muscle tone, bilateral integration and perception.
