The Mina Management Training Program

We at The Mina believe each person is unique and we value each person by building on their existing skill and experience. The Mina Management Training Program spans 12 months and is targeted at graduates with the right attributes, qualifications and competencies. Participants must also possess the passion, commitment and drive to learn and grow in hotel operations as well as support functions.
The 12 months Mina Management Training Program has 3 stages.
- First, the Foundation stage where the associate has cross exposure in all departments for 24 weeks.
- Second, the Intermediate stage - here the associate trains in their primary department as Supervisor Trainee for 8 weeks.
- Third and final, the Under Study stage - here the associate trains in the primary department as Manager Trainee.
On successful completion the associates are ready to work as leaders at the Mina.
The Mina attracts, develops and retains the right individuals to lead mina into the future.
