The initial Pilot results have been quite encouraging:
- 100% - 97% RATED THE BED AS “VERY/QUITE INVITING”
- 100% OF RESPONDENTS FROM LONDON RATED THE DUVET AS “VERY SATISFYING” OR “SATISFYING”
- 50%+ WOULD “DEFINITELY RECOMMEND” THE HOTEL BASED UPON THE BED EXPERIENCE ALONE
The new Le Meridien beds will become a standard feature in most Le Meridien properties over the next couple of years.
