From Sunday 1st March, Club Mina at the Le Meridien Mina Seyahi will be launching our Beach Fitness Program! The program focuses on making use of outdoor training techniques to challenge participants to become more active in the largely sedentary era we live in. More details below. This ‘Boot Camp’ is open to outside guests at the rates below. Club members & hotel guests (Mina Seyahi Complex) can enjoy the 12 session package at just AED 450 and single sessions at AED 45.

Barasti will host a rugby themed brunch on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th March 2009.

Guests at Barasti’s Rugby World Cup Brunch will be issued a wristband and will be able to redeem drinks from the allocated bars, with the wristband doubling as a complimentary bus ticket to the 7’s ground with buses leaving Barasti from 2pm onwards.

The Barasti brunch takes place between 12 – 4pm, costs 295 Dhs per person and will include a Buffet lunch menu and all house beverages.
